The Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival is a not for profit event founded in 1993. The organization held it’s inaugural festival in 1994 with the assistance of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association. The first event lasted half a day with 25 teams participating.

We look forward to providing the community with a one stop shop local experience by offering a unique and intimate market to Winchester. With an array of local artisans, music, munchies and other entertainment our GARDEN PARTY MARKET is sure to draw a crowd.
Free Local market with a mix of local vendors, and performers, from actors and musicians to artists, authors, craftspeople and food merchants.
Another season filled with laughter, music, food, and more, along the banks of the Clyde River. Enjoy a coffee, fresh baked goods, artisan creations, and local vegetables in an environment that fosters and promotes connection and community.
