A Vendors+ Membership will cost $50 (Canadian) per year and will entitle the customer to the benefits explained on here.
The year will commence of the date of purchase and end the calendar day before the anniversary of that date.
- include as many shows as possible within their scope of operation (currently limited to Ottawa and Eastern Ontario);
- provide a way to filter shows based on set criteria;
- include links to the original content wherever possible;
- include contact information for the event organizers wherever possible;
- provide accurate information to the best of their ability, updating when possible; and
- provide an avenue for organizers, vendors, and the public to inform them of shows missing from the calendar.
Using ShowWiz does not:
- guarantee acceptance into any of the listed shows; and
- guarantee an exhaustive list of all shows;
- guarantee sales at any show;
- guarantee that a show will take place.
The shows published on ShowWiz have been collected and prepared for Users’ convenience, and uniquely for informative purposes. More precisely, nothing on ShowWiz should be interpreted as being an endorsement of a show. Despite the care taken in preparing and maintaining its website, ShowWiz and its proprietors can in no way be held responsible for damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of the ShowWiz website or by its non-availability.

We do not issue refunds except in exceptional circumstances.
If you would like to refund your membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of purchasing it. Refunds will be issued via the method payment was made. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to be processed by the payment issuer.
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Note that all payments to ShowWiz are processed through PayPal. ShowWiz does not collect, have access to, or retain any of your credit card numbers or any other of your banking information.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site).
Sharing your personal information
We share your Device Information with third parties to help us use your Device Information, as described above. For example, Misneach uses Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site-you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, namely to Canada.
