This event takes place over TWO days featuring a different variety of approximately 50 makers each day.
Admission is $2 at the door, kids under 16 are free and so is the parking.

When the kids head back to school and the first hint of autumn is on the air, Almonte starts gearing up for its favourite fall festival: Fibrefest! This year’s event — the 23nd annual celebration of the fibre arts.
Local guilds will demonstrate spinning, knitting, weaving, rug hooking, lacemaking, smocking and quilting.
An outdoor festival featuring Scottish Dance, Heavyweight Athletic competitions, free kid’s admission and Mini-Highland Games, and vendors!
Celtfest is a free afternoon of Ottawa Valley and Celtic entertainment, performed in the natural amphitheatre of Gemmill Park in the heart of Almonte. It is a time to share the historical Celtic traditions with today’s local performers. Celtfest also presents a select group of unique artisans and vendors of specialty goods with a Celtic flair.
Find an array of fresh produce, a variety of locally raised meats, fresh baking, fresh cut flowers, functional and beautiful pottery and woodwork, bedding plants, honey, maple syrup, preserves…. Bring your dull knives or tools to get sharpened and join us for breakfast.
Bring Mom By the BARN for a cup of tea and a little shopping.
Both floors will be filled with vendors.
