For over a decade, Taste of the Valley has become an increasingly popular event for both residents and visitors to the County of Renfrew. The original concept for the Taste of the Valley was to promote and support local food producers in the Ottawa Valley. Over the years the events have evolved to encourage a more expanded focus on the notion of “Taste” with the celebration of local food, products, art and culture. Today the various Taste of the Valley Events introduce people to a variety of picturesque rural communities within the County Renfrew for a sample of what is proudly produced in the Ottawa Valley.
