We are so excited to announce that the Vendor Directory is now live on our site!
This will make it easier for shoppers and organizers to find your vendor profiles and see what shows your attending! It also provides us with a centralized spot to promote all of your wonderful talents.
Awesome, right? So how do you get on it?
It is free to appear on the directory – just fill in your Vendor Profile. To appear on the directory you *must* have the Business Name, Location, Vendor Type, Merchandise Type filled out and selected. The other fields are optional (though highly encouraged).
How do I add my business to the Vendor Directory?
- Ensure you are logged into ShowWiz.ca
- Navigate to your profile and click on “Edit My Profile”.
- Ensure Business Name, Location, Vendor Type, and Merchandise Type fields are completed.
- Ensure the “Opt Out” checkbox is NOT checked.
- Click “Done Crafting”.
- That’s it! You will now appear in the vendor directory!
Location, Vendor Type, and Merchandise Type are the main filters that folks can use to filter the directory. Vendors can have one vendor type and up to 3 merchandise categories affiliated with their business.
Vendors+ will appear with their logo and a featured product photo in the directory and have the ability to select a fourth merchandise type category.
As a note, the Directory is not currently in the root menu. We’re giving everyone a week or two heads up about the directory being live to update their profiles before putting it linked on the website. Once people have had a chance to make their businesses appear we’ll link it up, loud and proud!
