Additionally\, The MRKT supports alternative economic systems by encouraging skill sharing and trades as currency. \nThis markets are organized by Harar (@gold.tinted.glasses / @hararhall ) and Hasina (@ha.ha.ha.sina / @fullfemme)\, Namrata\, Kaytlyn\, and Jade. \nWhat is a Virtual Market? How does it work?\nThe market will run for 24 hours. During that time we will be highlighting vendors and giving you access to special curated content. During this time certain vendors will be open to the purchase of art through alternative commerce. \nWhat is the theme?\nPerfect Pool Party sets the scene for a picturesque vintage 70s pool party. Allowing us to indulge in the fashion and the simple opulence of the time whilst interrogating all of the ways that racialized people and their bodies were not welcomed in these spaces.
